Adventure Park @ Loch Soy

Loch Soy Adventure Park offers an action packed programme!

Live Life Aberdeenshire has a host of thrill-seeking activities lined up for all ages…

Master the challenge of the Mobile Climbing Wall, with four different routes to try will you reach the top?  Bounce around inside an inflatable ball with the Body Zorbs!

Enjoy the ride on the Bicycle Track and Obstacle Course. For our younger visitors we also have the Balance Bike Track. The Street Sports Unit will also be available for football and fun activities.

Test your football talent with Beat The Goalie by Deveronvale U12s & U13s.

Visit the large Inflatable Truck (in the nearby Tattie Sheds if weather adverse).

We’re delighted to welcome back Splash Sailing, join them for a sail on Loch Soy.

We’ve got the Live at the Loch Music Stage with a great programme showcasing many talented youths and seasoned performers.

Enjoy the Harley Davidson Experience with thanks to Friends of Anchor.  View the motorcycles, sit aboard for a photo and maybe even enjoy a short ride.  If slower pace is more appealing, test ride an ebike with thanks to Home Energy Scotland.

Look around a new Stagecoach double decker, recently introduced to our roads.  Compare it with a vintage Charabanc, introduced in 1919 for twice daily services from Wick to Halkirk and now nearly 100 years old, this vehicle is impeccably restored and is a must see.

Grampian Leaders

Many of the activities, including the marshalling of the 10K run benefits from the help of our enthusiastic Grampian Leaders. The Grampian Leaders SportScotland Programme provides coaching and enhanced training and volunteering opportunities across Aberdeenshire for 16 to 24 year olds. The programme helps young people to develop their leadership skills and confidence. They are provided with opportunities to grow and learn while also supporting local sporting events and charities. If you wish to find out more about the programme, you can email the coordinator Susi at susi.mclarty@aberdeenshire.gov.uk
